Financial Analyst - board reporting (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Vale Early Learning runs childcare centres in Detroit caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification.
