Financial Analyst - board reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Des Moines area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
