Financial Analyst - board reporting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
