Financial Analyst - board reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Wren Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Des Moines focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
