Financial Analyst - board reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification.
