Financial Analyst - board reporting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pine Financial Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
