Financial Analyst - board reporting (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
