Financial Analyst - board reporting (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Logistics operates schools and learning programmes around Dallas, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification.
