Financial Analyst - board reporting (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Columbus, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of fare systems and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
