Financial Analyst - board reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Meadow Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification.
