Financial Analyst - board reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports.
