Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
