Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
