Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
