Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Glen Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cincinnati, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 349 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
