Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cincinnati plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
