Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
