Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
