Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Charlotte plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
