Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Charlotte plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
