Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield River Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Charlotte plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
