Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charleston, SC)

Fernwood River Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • A relevant degree or certification.
