Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Sparrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Charleston serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
