Financial Analyst - board reporting (Charleston, SC)

Nova Ember Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Charleston with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
