Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of survey data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
