Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Boston, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
