Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Lumen Mill Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 982 people based in Boise. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
