Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Field Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boise, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 921 people based in Boise. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
