Financial Analyst - board reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar North Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Birmingham, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
