Financial Analyst - board reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Birmingham plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification.
