Financial Analyst - board reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
