Financial Analyst - board reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Drift Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Birmingham. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
