Financial Analyst - board reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Pine Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Birmingham, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
