Financial Analyst - board reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is a Baltimore practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
