Financial Analyst - board reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Rook Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps.
