Financial Analyst - board reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Clear Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Baltimore working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
