Financial Analyst - board reporting (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
