Financial Analyst - board reporting (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Austin. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
