Financial Analyst - board reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Anchorage, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication.
