Financial Analyst - board reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in Anchorage with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 717 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
