Financial Analyst - board reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Granite Financial is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
