Financial Analyst - board reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
