Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Wichita area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
