Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Timber Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Virginia Beach, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
