Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Virginia Beach with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
