Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Virginia Beach, VA)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Virginia Beach area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
