Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Junction Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
