Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
