Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 981 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
