Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Toledo, OH)

Nova Keystone Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Toledo presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 556 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
